Pak Aviator Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any part of the pak aviator platform — including the website at pakaviator.onl, the Android mobile app, the sports betting section, the live casino, the game lobby or any other product or service offered by us — you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not register an account or use the platform. Continued use of pak aviator after any update to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.

2. Eligibility

3. Account Registration

Each user is permitted to hold one account only. Creating duplicate accounts, whether under the same or different details, is a violation of these terms and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and balances reviewed.

When registering you must provide accurate, current and complete information. This includes your real name, a valid phone number registered in your name and any other verification details requested. Providing false information — including a name that does not match your payment method — is a breach of these terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. Pak aviator will treat any activity carried out through your account as your own and you will be liable for all bets placed, deposits made and withdrawals requested using your credentials.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact our support team immediately. We will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include temporarily restricting account access while the review is conducted.

4. Deposits & Payments

All deposits on pak aviator are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no foreign currency conversion on the platform. The amount you deposit in PKR is the amount credited to your wallet without any exchange rate applied.

The following deposit methods are supported:

• JazzCash — mobile wallet transfer from your registered JazzCash number
• Easypaisa — mobile wallet transfer from your registered Easypaisa account
• Raast — instant bank-to-platform transfer via the State Bank's Raast system
• Bank Transfer — direct transfer from a Pakistani bank account
• Cards & other mobile wallets — where available and indicated at the time of deposit

Minimum deposit amounts vary by method and are displayed in the deposit section of your account. Deposits that do not meet the minimum threshold will not be credited. Pak aviator does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment account belongs to someone other than the registered account holder — are not permitted and may result in account suspension pending verification.

Deposit processing times vary by method. JazzCash and Easypaisa transfers typically credit within a few minutes. Bank transfers may take longer depending on your bank's processing schedule. If a deposit has not appeared in your wallet after a reasonable period, contact support with your transaction reference number.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals from pak aviator are processed back to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to a verified account in your name. We do not send withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

Before processing a withdrawal, pak aviator may request identity verification documents to confirm that the account holder matches the payment account owner. This is a standard procedure and is not an indication of any wrongdoing. Failure to provide requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in a withdrawal being placed on hold.

Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed during standard operating hours. Processing times depend on the method selected and may range from same-day for mobile wallet withdrawals to several business days for bank transfers. Pak aviator is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment provider once the funds have been dispatched from the platform.

Any active bonus funds in your wallet must meet their respective wagering requirements before the associated real-money balance can be withdrawn. Attempting to withdraw before requirements are satisfied will result in the bonus portion being removed from the balance.

6. Betting Rules

Sports betting on pak aviator covers cricket, including Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, bilateral series and other international fixtures, as well as football and esports markets. The following general rules apply to all bets placed on the platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted by the system.
• Odds are subject to change up until the point of bet acceptance. The odds shown at the time your bet is confirmed are the odds that apply to that wager.
• In the event that a sporting event is abandoned, postponed or cancelled, bets will be settled according to the specific sport's rules as stated in the detailed betting rules section of the platform.
• If an error in odds is identified — for example, odds that are clearly incorrect due to a technical fault — pak aviator reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the relevant accounts.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to data feed availability. Pak aviator accepts no liability for delays in live data that may affect in-play bet placement.
• Maximum stake and payout limits apply per event and per market. These are displayed before bet confirmation.

Pak aviator does not guarantee winnings on any bet. Sports betting involves risk and outcomes are never certain. Please bet within your personal budget at all times.

7. Casino & Games

• Game outcomes are determined by the game provider's systems. Pak aviator does not influence or alter game results in any way.

8. Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time pak aviator may offer bonuses, free bets, deposit matches or other promotional credits to registered users. All bonuses are subject to specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made. The following general rules apply to all promotions:

• Bonuses are credited to your account in PKR and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money balance. The wagering requirement multiplier is stated in each offer's specific terms.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the offer details.
• Bonuses are personal and cannot be transferred to another account.
• Pak aviator reserves the right to withdraw any bonus that it believes has been claimed through multiple accounts, false information or any form of bonus abuse.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Any unwagered bonus balance remaining after the expiry date will be removed from the account automatically.
• Free bet winnings may have additional terms applied. These will be clearly stated in the relevant promotion.

Pak aviator reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already accepted and actively being wagered at the time of change.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pak aviator and will result in immediate account suspension, possible permanent closure and forfeiture of any balance:

• Registering more than one account, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Providing false identity information during registration or verification.
• Using a payment account that is not registered in your own name.
• Attempting to exploit errors, glitches or technical faults in the platform's software or games.
• Using automated software, bots or scripts to interact with any part of the platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Money laundering — using pak aviator to process or obscure the origin of funds obtained through illegal means.
• Attempting to manipulate sporting events on which bets have been placed on the platform (match-fixing).
• Accessing the platform in a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited, using VPN or proxy tools to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Any form of harassment, threatening behaviour or abusive communication directed at pak aviator staff or other platform users.

Pak aviator cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities in cases involving suspected fraud, money laundering or other criminal activity. Flagged accounts may have their information shared with relevant authorities as required by applicable law.

10. Account Suspension & Closure

Pak aviator reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion. Grounds for suspension or closure include, but are not limited to, breach of these terms, suspected fraud, unverified identity, inactivity for an extended period, or a request from the account holder themselves.

If your account is suspended pending investigation, you will not be able to place bets, access games or request withdrawals until the investigation is concluded. Pak aviator will aim to resolve account reviews within a reasonable timeframe and will communicate with you via your registered contact details.

If you wish to close your account voluntarily, contact support with your request. If your account holds a balance at the time of closure, any withdrawable real-money funds will be returned to your verified payment method after standard verification checks. Bonus balances that have not completed wagering requirements will be removed upon closure.

Accounts that have been inactive for twelve consecutive months may be subject to a maintenance fee. You will be notified before any fee is applied. You may reactivate your account by contacting support before the fee is deducted.

11. Privacy & Data

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud, willful misconduct or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
